Our Story
Build The Shelf started as a four-person training group experimenting with hypertrophy splits in a garage gym. It grew into a coaching method when too many friends asked for the spreadsheet. Today it’s the work of a small team of specialists — coaches, mobility experts, and strength practitioners — obsessed with one thing: making the glutes actually grow.
