FAQ
Common questions, answered.
What exactly is Build The Shelf?
A glute-training resource with two parts: free guides that answer real training questions, and a curated set of glute-focused programs from independent creators. We help you figure out what fits. The creators bring the programs.
How do you choose which programs to feature?
Slowly, and on purpose. A program has to be something we would genuinely recommend: clear about who it is for, realistic about time and equipment, and honest in how it sells itself. We would rather list a few good options than every option.
Do you make money when I buy a program?
Sometimes, yes — some links are affiliate or commission links, and we say so wherever they appear. We only earn when you choose a program through us, which is exactly why the recommendation has to be worth trusting.
Do I need a gym?
No. Programs are labeled for home, gym, or both, and the guides cover both setups. A solid stair, a resistance band, and a couple of dumbbells go further than most people expect.
What if a program does not fit me?
Purchases run through each creator's own platform, so their refund policy applies. Before you buy, the listing tells you who the program is for, what it requires, and how long it takes — and if you are still not sure, take the quiz or email us.
Is there still an app coming?
Maybe later. Right now the focus is the part that helps people immediately: guides that answer real questions and a well-chosen set of programs. If an app earns its place after that, we will build it.
