Do I need a gym to follow the programs?

Most blocks assume access to a barbell, hip-thrust pad, and basic dumbbells. We have a home-gym variant for Hip Mobility and Booty Burn HIIT.

How does coaching work?

You upload form videos and weekly check-ins through a private portal. Your coach reviews within 48 hours and adjusts the plan as needed.

Are programs refundable?

Yes — 14-day money back, no questions asked, on every program.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Hip Mobility is the right entry point if you’re new to lifting. Strength & Sculpt assumes 6+ months of consistent training.
